Part one the brief introduction of the forum

The forum will establish a permanent meeting place in China. It will be held annually or biannually.On the occasion, ministerial officials from South-South countries, officials from the relevant UN institutions, the UNECA and GBI, members of the ITU, e-commercial entrepreneurs, scientists, artists and celebrities in cultural circle from all around the world will be invited. The forum is divided into two parts, meeting and exhibition. The meeting will be mainly joined by ministerial officials from South-South countries, officials from the UN, IOSSC and AU. 
The topic of exhibition is e-commerce and information technology, and 193 member countries and more than 600 member enterprises (all world famous enterprises in IT field) of the ITU and Chinese e-commerce and IT enterprises will be invited.

Part four forum aims 

To promote the development of e-commerce among countries in the world, focusing on promoting cross-border e-commerce industry in developing countries. And, to explore the electronic commerce solutions and the related applications of information technology which are suitable for the developing world. And also, in order to provide a communication platform for the cooperation in the fields such as electronic commerce, information technology, finance, and resources between countries.
